I ordered a laptop from them and the laptop itself turned out fine, but the shipping experience was really annoying. The tracking barely updated, so I had no idea what was going on, and it ended up showing up later than expected. I kept waiting and checking for updates, which got frustrating. Support did respond, but they didn’t really give me anything useful. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I definitely wouldn’t rely on them if you need something delivered quickly.

My order showed up and the Mac itself seems fine, so I’m glad nothing was damaged. But something felt a bit off with the packaging — the box looked beat up and there wasn’t much padding inside. For a used Mac, I was expecting it to be packed a little more securely.

I got paid for my trade-in quicker than I expected, which was nice. I just wish the process had fewer little annoyances, because the waiting and checking for updates got kind of frustrating. Still, the money showed up fast, so I can’t complain too much, even though I definitely did complain while waiting.

The battery has been great so far. It holds a charge well, and I appreciate when a product actually does what it claims. Feels like the right kind of value for the money...
